Not every company has a continuous improvement department, a lean six sigma team, or resource. Oftentimes a consultant comes in, works their magic and they leave. AIM and the Member's forum is here to help fill in the gap.
The Ask a Black Belt community forum is where you can ask specific questions and get specific answers. The community members (you) will have the opportunity to submit questions, topics for discussion, and project successes anytime. AIM will answer the questions or address the topics of discussion either in a townhall format or in the community gatherings when we come together for discussion in our monthly get together. The goal is to help each other with lessons learned, help with real time projects, share ideas, and support each other on the journey of lean and continuous improvement. Yes, there will be many exciting topics, but also opportunities for guest speakers and other learning opportunities.
The AIM community is only accessible to members of the community. There will be at least 2 events per month. The first is the Town Hall where AIM will answer your questions, host guests, review content on lean and continuous improvement projects/lessons learned or offer content on lean and continuous improvement. The second even is where we all gather online in order to introduce project successes, introduce your questions to the community for real feedback and assistance.
The cost of becoming a member is only $59 per year.
