Not every company has a continuous improvement department, a lean six sigma team, or resource. Oftentimes a consultant comes in, works their magic and they leave. AIM and the Member's forum is here to help fill in the gap. The Ask a Black Belt community forum is where you can ask specific questions and get specific answers. The community members (you) will have the opportunity to submit questions, topics for discussion, and project successes anytime. AIM will answer the questions or address the topics of discussion either in a townhall format or in the community gatherings when we come together for discussion in our monthly get together. The goal is to help each other with lessons learned, help with real time projects, share ideas, and support each other on the journey of lean and continuous improvement. Yes, there will be many exciting topics, but also opportunities for guest speakers and other learning opportunities. The AIM community is only accessible to members of the community. There will be at least 2 events per month. The first is the Town Hall where AIM will answer your questions, host guests, review content on lean and continuous improvement projects/lessons learned or offer content on lean and continuous improvement. The second even is where we all gather online in order to introduce project successes, introduce your questions to the community for real feedback and assistance. The cost of becoming a member is $59 per year.
You are purchasing an onsite Lean Boot Camp course specifically designed for your organization. You will receive 1 trainer, training material for up to 24 participants, hands on training within your facility. The trainer will help develop a plan for implementation and a hands-on practice-run in the facility. The facility will also receive 1 additional 30 minute coaching session via a telephone call or online format. Included in this package is access to our online community for one year for up to 3 people. This will give you access to not only a training facilitator but an entire community of lean and continuous improvement practitioners to help you on your journey. Payment: Payments for the course will be paid in full before the service in order to confirm the date. Travel and Expenses (T&E) will be included in the price for the continental U.S. and for 14 minimum days prior the training date. Travel and expenses are costs that include airfare, lodging, transportation/transportation services, cost of meals, and any additional training supplies. By purchasing this service, you are agreeing to these terms. Location Specifics: Training services will be held at the client location at no addition cost to AIM for Change, LLC or their associates. Services will not be provided in private residences, private (non-commercial) locations, etc. The training should be conducted in a meeting room, training facility, etc. A projector, white board, high speed internet, tables, chairs, and writing utensils Cancellation: If the client needs to cancel or change the service date the client will inform AIM in writing no later than 5 days prior to the service date or the client will forfeit all payments that have been made and without service. If the client needs to change the dates of service AIM will be happy to accommodate as the schedule permits with 5 or more days of notification done in writing.
